Friendly, helpful and accommodating
I found all Nordic Visitor staff I had email contact with very friendly, helpful and accommodating. When there were issues with the invoice, staff were helpful and understanding and the situation was sorted out easily. Staff responded quickly to emails
and were always ready if we had questions. Good on you, keep it up!

Professionalism, organization and frequent correspondence.
Hi Helena!
Rachael and I had the most fabulous trip. It was so well organized. Everything went according to plan with the exception of the cruiseliner (due to weather) but your colleague worked it out for us in an incredibly expedient and effiicient manner so all worked out well in the end.
We are now home safe and sound and happy to be sharing the pictures and memories of our trip with our friends and family. Thank you so much for your professionalism and organization and frequent correspondence. This was a complicated trip with all the different places we visited and means of transportation. It would have been far too much for me to plan this all on my own. So without you this trip would not have happened.
I look forward to planning a trip with you in the future! I would love to take my husband to Norway, perhaps in the summer this time. Or maybe we will come see you in Iceland.

A memorable experience.
It was a pleasure to deal with Cecilia Markov. The overall trip experience for us (Two couples) was memorable. The ferry trip to Flam, the stay and dinner at Fretheim Hotel were outstanding. The Flam railway train ride was sensational and so was the train journey back to Oslo. We found the people in Norway, friendly and helpful. The whole country is beautiful. The city of Oslo was a delight to explore. We would gladly come back again for a holiday in Norway. Thank you for your hospitality.

An outstanding visit.
I have just arrived back in Canada after an outstanding visit to Spitsbergen and Basecamp Isfjord Radio. Everything has gone very well with my trip including flight reservations, the Basecamp hotel, hotel Spitsbergen and of course the staff at Basecamp Isfjord Radio. It was a fantastic visit and I was very sorry to leave. Spitsbergen is a very beautiful place and I hope to return someday. I also very much enjoyed spending a few days in Oslo - you have a great country and I very much enjoyed my stay there as well.
On a personal note, I also want to especially thank Line Natten Espeland especially for all her hard work in organizing my itinerary on such short notice. I really appreciate the effort she put into it. Thank you so much!
