Gabriela was fantastic. Any queries or requests were handled very quickly and efficiently. Fantastic trip and the in car Wifi was brilliant as we never felt lost at any point. The day to day recommendations were great and it was wonderful not having to plan the trip ourselves.

Everything was wonderful our travel consultant, transportation, hotel accommodations, and all of the activities that we booked . We would book again with Nordic Visitor!

Marko was helpful and informative. He or another knowledgeable staff member was always available to answer our questions.We ran into horrible weather halfway through the tour which closed the roads and he went out of his way to rebook our accommodation and activities. We had none of the headaches that other travellers had rebooking and cancelling. The accommodation level we had chosen was comfortable and adequate. Breakfasts were included and started us off well fed for our day's adventures. Hertz car rental was a roomy, quiet and economical Skoda, exceeding our expectations. We cancelled many activities due to changes caused by the inclement weather and received our refunds without a hassle through Nordic Visitor. Highly recommended.

This is our 3rd trip with Nordic Visitor. All three have been independent- 2 self-drive and 1 where all our travel details were arranged by N.V. All the agents we have dealt with have been terrific. I would definitely recommend this company. On this trip, we had great hotel arrangements in Reykjavik and the Westfjords. N.V. arranged our transfers from the airport and lodging and we were free to explore as we wished. Zachary and Elena were very helpful. Iceland is beautiful.

Arrival at the hotel was well before check-in, but they offered a reduced-rate room. It would have been a really bad day without that brief rest. Hotel was not especially helpful for first-day activity. Fortunately, we were aware of hop-on/hop-off which took us to Perlan. Everything worked out, and when we were picked up the next morning, everything clicked.

Nordic Visitor made every step of our trip so seamless and smooth! From booking accomodations to having transporation scheduled, it took a lot of the guess work out for us. The personalized itinerary/map with suggestions was wonderful and very helpful.

The 3-week trip was very well organised with a great printed map and a booklet covering all the places to see on the way. The accommodation was really good with the exception of Apotek guesthouse in Akureyri. The breakfasts were amazing and provided a huge variety of food and I always received gluten-free bread. We loved our activities - we did the Reykjavik food tour, horse riding in a beautiful valley and kayaking amongst the icebergs in a glacier lake. Ari was very efficient with our bookings but I know he has moved on now. We were picked up and returned to the airport and this all went smoothly and the drivers were friendly, informative and polite. Our car was excellent. Iceland is an amazing country and we loved our holiday.

Marko went above and beyond to coordinate the wishes of 8 different people into an unforgettable tour of Iceland. He was always quick to reply to our unending questions and offered excellent advice to turn our hopes of what we'd see and do into realities. Our guide, Kiddi, was amazing. He was highly informative, enthusiastic and willing to share some incredible hidden gems throughout the country. His diplomatic skills with our very diverse group kept everyone more than happy. An excellent experience from beginning to end.
