Gabriela was fantastic. Any queries or requests were handled very quickly and efficiently. Fantastic trip and the in car Wifi was brilliant as we never felt lost at any point. The day to day recommendations were great and it was wonderful not having to plan the trip ourselves.

Arrival at the hotel was well before check-in, but they offered a reduced-rate room. It would have been a really bad day without that brief rest. Hotel was not especially helpful for first-day activity. Fortunately, we were aware of hop-on/hop-off which took us to Perlan. Everything worked out, and when we were picked up the next morning, everything clicked.

I was getting overwhelmed trying to plan our vacation when I stumbled across Nordic Visitor and I am so glad that I did. Vioja was our travel agent and she made everything so easy for us! Having our hotels and excursions booked, as well as giving us ideas for things to do in each location was wonderful. I liked knowing where we were going each day so I could plan our activities/ things to see ahead of time. From the second we got off of the plane, everything was perfect. Having a driver from the airport as well as a driver to get our rental car were much appreciated. We even had amazing weather, which I know we were very lucky! Thank you for helping us have the trip of a lifetime.

This is my second time using Nordic Visitor for a trip to Iceland (my last trip was in 2012) and it did not disappoint. The trip was seamless, with us getting picked up from the airport to every detail planned. Our girls loved the waterfalls, pseudo craters and being able to see the puffins. It really was a magical trip.The only thing I would see if we were to do a trip again is if we could have a family room or more hotels with adjoining rooms. It made it a little difficult for our family as we have two young kids.

Marko was helpful and informative. He or another knowledgeable staff member was always available to answer our questions.We ran into horrible weather halfway through the tour which closed the roads and he went out of his way to rebook our accommodation and activities. We had none of the headaches that other travellers had rebooking and cancelling. The accommodation level we had chosen was comfortable and adequate. Breakfasts were included and started us off well fed for our day's adventures. Hertz car rental was a roomy, quiet and economical Skoda, exceeding our expectations. We cancelled many activities due to changes caused by the inclement weather and received our refunds without a hassle through Nordic Visitor. Highly recommended.

Our vacation was planned precisely. There were no issues-everything flowed flawlessly! It was a fanatasic adventure!
