A monumental glacier set against an awe-inspiring landscape
Von Postbreen is a 15-kilometre (9-mile) long glacier located at the southern end of Tempelfjord. The mountaintops along this glacier appear to emerge from the rich blue waters and dazzling white ice, providing a jaw-dropping sight from all angles.
As well as incredible landscapes, the glacier is home to diverse Arctic wildlife. Think beluga whales, ringed seals countless sea birds. If you’re lucky, you might even spot a polar bear atop the ice.
