Gabriela was fantastic. Any queries or requests were handled very quickly and efficiently. Fantastic trip and the in car Wifi was brilliant as we never felt lost at any point. The day to day recommendations were great and it was wonderful not having to plan the trip ourselves.

Arrival at the hotel was well before check-in, but they offered a reduced-rate room. It would have been a really bad day without that brief rest. Hotel was not especially helpful for first-day activity. Fortunately, we were aware of hop-on/hop-off which took us to Perlan. Everything worked out, and when we were picked up the next morning, everything clicked.

I was getting overwhelmed trying to plan our vacation when I stumbled across Nordic Visitor and I am so glad that I did. Vioja was our travel agent and she made everything so easy for us! Having our hotels and excursions booked, as well as giving us ideas for things to do in each location was wonderful. I liked knowing where we were going each day so I could plan our activities/ things to see ahead of time. From the second we got off of the plane, everything was perfect. Having a driver from the airport as well as a driver to get our rental car were much appreciated. We even had amazing weather, which I know we were very lucky! Thank you for helping us have the trip of a lifetime.

Daniel was very helpful setting up what I was looking for and all of the activities were great. Siggi was right there when we exited the plane and had our tour package all ready to go and was really fun to talk with as we drove from the airport to our hotel. All the accommodations were very nice and the vouchers for all the activities worked flawlessly. When we finally had to leave, the driver who picked us up from the hotel was great as well, and the ride back to the airport was just a fun and interesting.

All the consultants we dealt with were very helpful and quick responding to queries.

My husband, son, and I did the complete self-driving tour of Iceland for 14 days. Clarence and Simona were wonderful in both planning our trip and helping us when we got there. The service was outstanding, the accommodations were wonderful, and everything was done professionally. When we needed help for getting into our accommodations early for a mandatory video conference for work, they made sure that everything was set up in advance for us. I can't recommend this company enough. We are looking forward to booking another adventure with them somewhere else. I would strongly recommend that you try them!

Marko was helpful and informative. He or another knowledgeable staff member was always available to answer our questions.We ran into horrible weather halfway through the tour which closed the roads and he went out of his way to rebook our accommodation and activities. We had none of the headaches that other travellers had rebooking and cancelling. The accommodation level we had chosen was comfortable and adequate. Breakfasts were included and started us off well fed for our day's adventures. Hertz car rental was a roomy, quiet and economical Skoda, exceeding our expectations. We cancelled many activities due to changes caused by the inclement weather and received our refunds without a hassle through Nordic Visitor. Highly recommended.

5 stars, they delivered everything that was promised. Pick up's were on time and very pleasant drivers. Vehicle has in excellent condition and waiting for us. Highly recommend them as your tour operator.
