Day 1: The Capital of Norway
Arrival at Gardermoen Airport; meet-and-greet, followed by transfer to your accommodation, situated in the heart of Oslo City. If you arrive early, we recommend getting the Oslo Tourist Pass, which provides free travel on all public transport, free admission to over 25 museums and sites, discounts on further attractions and sightseeing, restaurants and shops. Stay in a hotel in Oslo City Central.

Day 2: Norway’s Nutshell Road
Start the day in Oslo by visiting the Norwegian Folk Museum and learn about the fascinating Viking culture. Leave Oslo around noon and start the drive through the Hallingdal Valley on your way to Geilo, a charming mountain village. On this scenic drive, you will pass delightful ski centres, and travel through beautiful forested dales and plateaus. Day 3: Hardangerfjord at its Best
From Geilo, you will drive along the Hardangervidda National Park to the inner parts of the beautiful Hardangerfjord, with its spectacular views, on the way to Osøyro. You will pass the first glacier on your tour, Hardanger Jøkulen, and visit the impressive waterfall, Vøringfossen—the highest in Norway, with a cascade of 182 metres. From Vøringfossen, you will continue through the dramatic and narrow Måbødalen valley, along Eidfjord, and end the day in Bergen. Day 4: City of Wonders
Spend the day in Bergen. Bergen is a wonderful city, full of life and culture. In this “must-visit” city, you will find Bryggen, listed by Unesco as a World Heritage site; exceptional old houses; a vibrant fish and flower market; cable cars offering stunning views; great museums; dynamic culture, and more. Stay in a hotel or guesthouse in Bergen. 

Day 5: Adventures in and Around Deep Fjords
The day will start by heading to Norway’s adventure capital, Voss. In Voss, you can try out one of the many thrilling activities that the town and its hinterland have to offer. Another option would be to visit the beautiful Aurlandsfjorden to experience the truly enjoyable train ride between Flåm and Myrdal. Your journey will continue as you head on to the bottom of Sognefjorden—Norway’s longest and deepest fjord—taking in highlights such as the towns of Stalheim and Aurland. Stay in a hotel or guesthouse in the Lærdal area. Driving distance approx. 203km.

Day 6: From Dale to Dale
Start the day by visiting the Borgund stave church, one of the best-preserved stave churches in Norway. From Lærdal, the journey continues as you head toward Oslo, driving from dale to dale and passing charming countryside villages. Stay in a hotel or guesthouse in Oslo city centre. Driving distance approx. 297km.

Day 7: Departure
Transfer by express train to Gardermoen Airport. If your flight is in the afternoon, then you will have time for some last-minute shopping or a visit to one of Oslo’s many museums, or just relax at a café after an enjoyable holiday.
