Day 1: Arrival in Oslo
Arrival at Gardermoen airport. Meet and Greet with your private chauffer followed by a transfer to your accommodation in the heart of Oslo city. If you have an early arrival we recommend getting the Oslo Tourist Pass, which provides free admission to over 25 museums and sites, discounts on further attractions and sightseeing, restaurants and shops. Overnight in a city centre hotel in Oslo.

Day 2: Exploring Oslo
Today you’ll have the opportunity to get to know the capital of Norway. Included in the package is a four-hour guided city sightseeing tour by boat and bus, which will take you to many of Oslo’s most impressive sights, including the Holmenkollen Ski Jump and Ski Museum, the Viking Ship Museum, the Vigeland Sculpture Park, the Royal Palace, the Polar ship “Fram”, Akershus Fortress and central Oslo. After the tour, you will have the rest of the day free to explore the city, with the chance to dive deeper into the features you find most attractive. Try the shopping street, Bogstadveien, some of the cosy restaurants downtown, or just relax in one of Oslo’s many parks. Stay the night in Oslo.

Day 3: From Oslo to Lofoten Islands
After enjoying breakfast you will make your way to Oslo central station where you will board the airport express train taking you back to Gardermoen airport where you will board your flight to Bodø. Upon arrival in Bodø you will pick up your rental car at the airport. After receiving your rental car you will start your 3 hour drive to Skutvik where you will board your afternoon ferry to Svolvær. Upon arrival in Svolvær you will make your way to your accommodation for the next three nights in a fisherman’s cabin. Driving distance approx. 240 km / 149 mi.

Day 4: A Day of Action
After enjoying breakfast you will be picked up at your accommodation for today’s adventure, a five hour guided hike and bike Lofoten tour. On this tour we will ride bicycles to an old part of the Lofoten road, no longer in use. Here we will park our bicycles and start our hike up to a beautiful view point. If the weather is good we can hike all the way up to the top where we have a breathtaking view towards the west and the east part of the Lofoten Islands. After today’s activity you will be transferred back to your fisherman’s cabin in Svolvær where you will be spending the night. As a suggestion for an evening activity take a drive up to Eggum and experience the midnight sun at a beautiful pebbled beach surrounded by tall impressive mountains.

Day 5: The Ultimate Wildlife Experience
Today you have an early start. From Svolvær you will drive up to Andenes where you will join a 3 – 5 hour Orca Safari tour. From Svolvær you your drive will take you to Fiskebøl where you will board the ferry taking you over to Melbu. From Melbu your drive continues to the island Andøya, where you will find Andenes sitting on the tip of Vesterålen. Today’s excursion starts at Andenes Whale centre with a guided tour through the museum where the guide will give a brief introduction of the life of the Spermwhale. If lucky you will get to see some whales during today’s excursion. A light meal will be served on board the boat during the excursion. After today’s excursion you will drive back to Svolvær where you will spend your third and last night in Svolvær in a fisherman’s cabin. Driving distance 420 km / 261 mi.

Day 6: Sandy Beaches and a Visit to the Vikings
Today it’s time to leave Svolvær and explore some other areas of the Lofoten Islands. From Svolvær your drive will take you along the National tourist road in the Lofoten Islands, on your way to Reine. The driving distance between Svolvær and Reine is only approx 2 hours, giving you the perfect opportunity to stop along the way and explore the breathtaking nature the Lofoten Islands offer. Recommended is to take the beautiful side road down to Henningsvær, one of the archipelago’s most important fishing villages. Also highly recommended is to make a stop at Skrova. Here you will find beautiful sandy beaches as well as a magnificent view of the Lofoten Wall. Make sure to make a stop at Borg and pay a visit to the Lofoten Viking Museum. Upon your arrival in Reine you will make your way to your accommodation for the next two nights in a fisherman’s cabin. Driving distance approx. 140 km / 87 mi.

Day 7: Lofoten's Highest Mountain
After enjoying breakfast you have some time to explore the area surrounding Reine on your own. As a suggestion join a one hour sightseeing tour by boat around some of the most beautiful fjords in Norway. On this cruise you have a perfect opportunity to experience the dramatic, yet beautiful nature of the Lofoten Islands. As well as sailing by Lofoten’s highest mountain, Hermannsdalstinden (1030 meters above sea level) the boat also stops at five different locations along the way, offering you the perfect opportunity to explore the magnificent Lofoten nature by foot. After an eventful day you will spend your second night in a fisherman’s cabin in Reine.

Day 8: Back to the Capital
Today it’s time to head back to Norway’s Capital. After enjoying breakfast you will drive to Moskenes where you will board your ferry taking you back to Bodø where you will return your rental car at the airport and board your flight back to Oslo. Upon arrival in Oslo you will spend your last night in Norway at an airport hotel.

Day 9: Departure
Today you will make your way to the airport where you will board your flight taking you back home.
